Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. If you can describe a job out loud, you can set it up. Amigo asks plain questions and your assistant handles the technical part. There’s no code and nothing to configure.
Which assistants work with Amigo?
Muse, ChatGPT and Grok. Muse checks in every 15 minutes on its own. ChatGPT and Grok check in when you ask them to, or on a scheduled task you set up there. Custom connectors in Grok need a paid Grok plan.
Will it send things without asking me?
Only if you let it. Each automation is set to ask first, show you after, or run alone. You can change that, or pause everything, at any time.
How do my customers pay me?
Your invoices show what’s owed and the ways you take payment, and the money goes straight to you. Amigo never takes a percentage. When you’ve been paid, tap Mark paid and the job moves along.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Add your office staff and crew, each with their own sign-in. It’s one price however many people you add.
Do I need a password?
No. You sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email, or with a passkey on your phone or computer.
What can Amigo see?
The jobs, quotes and invoices you keep in Amigo, plus what your assistant reports back: what ran, what it found and what needs your OK. It never sees your passwords or keys, and no other Amigo customer can see your data.
What happens if I cancel?
Your automations pause and nothing is deleted. Your history and settings stay, and everything picks up where it left off if you come back. Quotes and invoices you already sent still open, so customers can still pay you.
Where does Amigo run?
In your browser at www.amigohq.app, and you can add it to your phone’s home screen like an app. Your automations run inside your own assistant, using the apps you’ve connected there.
